Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share my take on a Demogorgon "miniature".
I wanted him to look closer to his representation in the Rage of Demons video trailer so i went with dull earthly colors.

After many figures were butchered and some greenstuff work, i think he is ready to stand on his 4x4 base.

Hope you like him!

Fantastic work! Looks great. Would you be able to recall what minis you had to cut apart to use in this masterful creation?

Hey Arbados, thanks!
Apologies for the late response, i didn't expect this to be noticed, as this section of the forum has low traffic so even i had forgotten about it :D

The main body is the Mcfarlane figure "Thamuz" from spawn.

The tail is donated by a McFarlane Dragons Series 3 - Fire Dragon
(The McFarlane Dragons Series 2 - Sorcerer Dragon has an even better tail for this and his wings are easy to remove for another project but i found him after i finished Demo)

The heads are from two Congo Mangler Apes (figures from the movie Congo)

The tentacles are just tails from plastic/rubber snakes found in most toy shops.

4x4 Base is from dungeoncrawler (greyhaze)

Plus a lot of greenstuff to unify the lot and add details (like elongating the teeth or adding fur).

I traded some stuff from my collection to the owner of a vintage toy store for some of these figures so the project didn't come out as expensive as it might seem.

The main reason i had decided to this was that the Gale Force 9 Demogorgon and Orcus were demoted in size so i skipped those and i needed a big Demogorgon to go along with my gargantuan Orcus from 2010.

Cheers!
